Evidence-Based Strategies for Real Life Parenting

FREE LIVE PARENT WORKSHOP

CALMER SCHOOL MORNINGS START HERE!

Fewer morning meltdowns when your kids won't get ready for school.

It's 7:40 AM and

you still haven't found their other shoe!

You've said "let's go" four times.

Your child is still in their pajamas, arguing about which socks to wear.

You're doing the math in your head: the bus comes at 7:52 or you have to leave the driveway no later than 7:55.

You raise your voice a little.

Then a little more.

And that's when it happens. The MELTDOWN!

The crying turns into screaming.

They drop to the floor.

They won't put on their shoes, won't grab their backpack, won't even move!

You're standing in the doorway, keys in hand, trying to talk them down while the clock keeps ticking.

You end up nudging a screaming child out the door, both of you in tears before the day has even started.

By the time you do the handoff to the bus or school door, you're exhausted. And it's not even 8 AM.

If this is a familiar start to your day, please know it doesn't have to be this way. You just haven't had the right game plan yet.

Mornings with kids are hard enough without wondering if this workshop is right for your family. Here are the questions parents ask most before signing up. If your question isn't here, reach out and I'll answer it myself.

What ages is this workshop meant for?

This workshop is built for parents of elementary-age kids, roughly ages 4 to 12. If your child is in that stage and mornings feel like a battle, this is for you!

What if my child doesn't have a diagnosis?

Most of the parents I work with are in this exact spot! Your child doesn't need a diagnosis for these struggles to be real and they don't need one for this workshop to help.

Will this work if mornings are already a disaster?

Yes! This workshop is built for families who feel like they've tried everything. You'll leave with a plan to make mornings calmer, not perfect, but calmer and more manageable.

Do I need to attend live or is there a replay?

You're welcome to attend live for the workshop or you can catch the replay if that works better for your schedule. You can even attend part of it and leave if life pulls you away. Either way, you'll get the full workshop when you register.

Will I have to participate?

You are welcome to attend in whatever capacity works for you! If you want your camera on and/or to ask questions via chat, please do. If you want to just listen in with your camera off, that works too!
